I have a similar issue to the one posted below by Doug. I paid for one voucher through PayPal which I have a receipt for, and one through my debit card both purchased 24hours ago. The paypal one is “on hold” and the one purchased with my debit is “processing”. Do you know how long it is likely to take to process. I had wanted to come today.

I’ve had the receipt through on my PayPal account (dmouncey@hotmail.com) so the money has been taken.

I want to use the voucher tomorrow afternoon.

Please can you sort this out.
